Who These Terms Are For and Why

These terms set out how the website vegaslabel.com, an independent information and affiliate website about Chance Vegas, may be used, and what relationship arises between its visitors and its operator. The operator of the website can be reached at contact@vegaslabel.com.

Key Terms

  • Website: the pages published at vegaslabel.com.
  • User: anyone, whether an individual or a company, who comes to the website or makes any other use of what it contains.
  • Affiliate link: a link pointing to a gambling operator or to one of its business partners; when it is used, a commission may go to the website operator.

What the Website Offers and What It Does Not

Here you will find independent information on online gambling, chiefly about Chance Vegas: overviews, reviews and news. All of it is meant as guidance and none of it is binding.

As for the website itself, it:

  • runs no gambling, and neither it nor its operator is a gambling operator under Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on Gambling;
  • opens no player accounts and takes no deposits;
  • gives no opportunity to play and never checks who its users are.

The rules that really count when you play come from the gambling operator, CHANCE a.s., IČO 28178815, Politických vězňů 156/21, 266 01 Beroun, a company licensed by the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic. You can confirm the licence in the public list of licensed operators kept by the Ministry of Finance.

Access from the Age of 18 Only

Gambling information on this website is meant solely for people older than 18; anyone younger is not allowed in. Using the website means you confirm that you meet this condition.

The gambling we cover falls under Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on Gambling, and this warning goes with it: “The Ministry of Finance warns: Participation in gambling may lead to addiction.” 18+

Rights to Content and Trademarks

The texts, graphics, structure, databases and source code of the website are copyright works protected by Act No. 121/2000 Coll., the Copyright Act, as amended. Personal use is fine; anything beyond it, such as distributing, copying or modifying them, needs the website operator's consent given in writing in advance.

Chance Vegas and its associated trademarks are the property of their owner. They appear here only so that it is clear which brand and products a text refers to. The website operator holds no rights to these marks, and mentioning them establishes no tie with their owner.

Limits of Liability

We put reasonable effort into keeping the information accurate and up to date. Still, a piece of it may be out of date, incomplete or simply wrong. Everything here serves as information and is no substitute for advice from a lawyer, a financial or tax adviser or another professional. Before you decide anything, you as the user are obliged to check the facts in official sources, first of all with the gambling operator itself.

The website operator bears no responsibility for:

  • what third-party sites linked from here contain, or whether they can be reached,
  • what the gambling operator offers and on what terms,
  • harm or loss caused by relying on information or services provided by others.

Whatever you agree with the gambling operator, the website operator is not a party to it.

Personal Data and Cookies

The separate Privacy Policy explains which personal data the website processes, for what purpose and in what way. It also deals with cookies under Section 89 of Act No. 127/2005 Coll.

Data processing follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on Personal Data Processing, and other relevant rules.

Disputes and Governing Law

Czech law applies to all legal relations connected with using the website, above all the Civil Code together with the other relevant legislation. Any dispute will be heard by the court of general jurisdiction of the website operator in the Czech Republic.

If you are a consumer, you may also settle a dispute out of court. The body responsible for that is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, whose website is www.adr.coi.cz. For online dispute resolution, see what the European Commission publishes at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes, Effect and Questions

The website operator may amend or extend these terms at any time on its own decision. A new version takes effect once it appears on the website, and by continuing to use the website after a change you accept it. It is therefore up to you to look at the current version now and then.

  • The terms are valid and in effect from the day they are published on the website.
  • If one provision turns out to be invalid or ineffective, the rest stays unaffected.
  • Anything these terms do not expressly cover falls under the Czech legislation in force.
  • Questions or a request for more information can be sent to the website operator at contact@vegaslabel.com.
