Controller and Contact

The party that decides why and how personal data are processed on this website, the controller, is the operator of vegaslabel.com. Questions about the processing, as well as requests to exercise your rights as a data subject, can be sent to contact@vegaslabel.com.

Which Data We Process

We keep processing to what the website needs in order to run, stay secure and measure its traffic, plus what we need to answer your e-mail.

  • Browsing: technical data, namely your IP address, the time of access and the addresses of the pages you open, together with your device type, browser and operating system. These serve operation, security and analytics. Cookies are added to this; see the cookie section further down.
  • E-mail: the address you write from, what your message says and your signature, if you add one.

No data on Chance Vegas players, on gambling, on identity checks or on payments pass through this website.

Who Else Works with the Data

Service providers help us run the website. Thanks to hosting and a CDN it stays online, reachable and protected, and web analytics tools compile traffic statistics that show us how to improve it. We name a provider only if it is publicly identifiable within the website. Beyond that nobody receives the data: not a third party lacking a legal reason, nor any entity we have not vetted.

Transfers outside the EU and EEA

A transfer to a third country, meaning outside the EU and the EEA, would happen only if we used an analytics tool from a company based beyond the borders of the EU and EEA. In that case the transfer is covered by standard contractual clauses as set out in Art. 46 GDPR, which give the personal data adequate protection. Without a service outside the EU/EEA, nothing is transferred.

Your Rights

The GDPR and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. let you:

  • find out which data about you we process (right of access, Art. 15),
  • have inaccurate data put right (Art. 16),
  • have data deleted where the conditions are met (Art. 17, often called the right to be forgotten),
  • have processing restricted (Art. 18),
  • object to processing that rests on legitimate interest (Art. 21),
  • receive your data and take them to another controller, if they are processed by automated means on the basis of consent or a contract (Art. 20),
  • take back your consent; whatever took place before you did so remains lawful.

How and When We Reply

E-mail your request to contact@vegaslabel.com. You will hear from us without undue delay; the deadline is 30 days at most from the day the request reaches us. If a request is complicated, or several arrive at once, the controller may add another two months and will tell you so.

Complaint to the Supervisory Authority

Do you feel your data are not being handled in line with the law? You may contact us as the controller, and you may also go to the supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), based at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7. More details are on its website www.uoou.cz.

Security

HTTPS/TLS encryption protects the connection between your device and the server. Only those whom technical and organisational measures matching today's state of the art allow can reach the data. The controller reviews security on a regular basis and takes steps to keep the risk of unauthorised access or misuse as small as possible.

Cookies

Cookies are tiny text files that a website saves on your device. On vegaslabel.com they make the pages work properly, let us evaluate traffic and, in some cases, tailor content or advertising.

  • Necessary cookies keep the basic functions running, without which the website might not work as it should. § 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll. allows them even without consent.
  • Analytical cookies, which gather anonymised statistics on how the website is used, are saved only after you agree. That is why Google Analytics is set to Consent Mode, and analytics storage stays denied until you consent.
  • Marketing cookies are used for personalised advertising and to track behaviour across different websites; these too are saved solely with consent.

The website remembers your cookie decision in an item called ck-consent, written to your browser's local storage, so it is not a cookie of the website. It stays stored according to how your browser is set up.

Cookies can also be managed in the browser itself. In Safari, open Preferences, then Privacy, and continue to Manage Website Data. In Chrome, the path goes through Settings to Privacy and security, from where you reach Cookies and other site data. In Firefox, choose Options, then Privacy & Security, where Cookies and Site Data is located. In Edge, go to Settings, where the item Cookies and site permissions contains Cookies and site data. Your browser's help describes how to block cookies.

Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy when legislation or our way of processing data changes. Significant changes will be announced on the website, so it is worth checking the current version now and then.
